Remarkable developments have been underway for New Silk Road Network’s founding member Shenzhen Anda Shun International Logistics (ADS). Recently, China International Marine Containers Logistics, a daughter organization of the conglomerate CIMC, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with ADS Logistics to facilitate investment between the two companies. Hu Pengfei, Managing Director of CIMC Logistics, and Yang Zhenyu, President of Anda Shun Group attended the signing ceremony.
The strategic partnership promotes a market-oriented operating mechanism and the opportunity for both companies to commit to innovative development and the launch of new solutions and hubs. Especially under the current climate, customers have an increasingly strong demand for integrated multimodal transportation. The joining of these two parties will form a unique landscape covering “sea, rail, air and land” transport, while at the same time, offering both companies the chance to establish business connectivity, reserve talent, share resources, and offer mutual assistance to each other.
CIMC’s investment in ADS Logistics will further fortify their multimodal capabilities, as together, the companies will provide both equipment and logistics services, resulting in a one-stop-shop for their customers. This cooperation will also focus on the development of logistics tracking, import and export of refrigerated goods, cross-border shipping, integration of warehouses, and finally, driving new trends and opportunities within the Chinese logistics industry. This new partnership also includes a change in the name from the previous ADS Logistics to CIMC Anda Shun International Logistics Co., Ltd. NSRN celebrates their achievement and wishes ADS and CIMC fruitful cooperation!
