Founding member of the New Silk Road Network, Langowski Logistics, has recently opened a new warehouse in Lodz, central Poland. This facility is mostly dedicated to handling imported and exported cargo via the New Silk Road. The new warehouse and regular rail connection between Lodz and Chengdu (China), has enabled Langowski Logistics to launch a regular LCL service to China.
The warehouse is located in the modern logistics park Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub in the eastern part of Lodz, close to the rail container terminal, the A1 and A2 highways and the S8 express road. These advantages increase the attractiveness of this new facility and functions as a perfectly connected logistics hub for entire Central Europe.
This capable warehouse includes modern handling equipment (e.g. one forklift with uplift capacity up to 5 tons and two with a 2.5 tons capacity), a storage area of 3.300 m2 and 300 m2 of an outdoor storage yard. Along with four reloading docks, a drive-in gate, 24h/7 security and monitoring, and a humidity and temperature control system, this facility offers premier services.
The newly opened warehouse in Lodz is already the 4th facility owned by Langowski Logistics, after the ones in Gdynia, Gdansk, Warsaw. In future, Langowski Logistics plans to open another storage facility to meet their clients’ ever-growing expectations and needs. With a new feather in their hat, we hope to see our NSRN members reach exponential heights!
