Our 2025 NSRN Annual Meet-Up will take place at the InterContinental Almaty, situated in the city's thriving commercial district, offering a sophisticated and accessible setting that seamlessly blends Kazakhstan's traditional hospitality with modern business amenities.

WHAT MAKES THE 2025 NSRN ANNUAL MEET-UP SPECIAL

Apart from meeting with fellow NSRN members and partners, this AGM is extra special since, in the spirit of collaboration, we're pleased to announce that the New Silk Road Network and Motion Logistics Network will come together for a special joint One-to-One Meeting session on the afternoon of 16th October. 

Motion Logistics Network is a general forwarding network with global coverage that is also managed by our team. With this half day joint session, we hope to provide NSRN members with valuable new connections in markets that NSRN does not yet cover. However, please note the main agenda points of the two networks, including 1.5 days of 1-to-1 meetings, will still be carried out separately so you will definitely have the chance to focus on your own network and fortify those connections.

• 14th of October (Evening) – Welcome Cocktail Reception
• 15th and 16th of October –  2 Full Days of One-to-One Meetings
• 16th October – Incl. Half a Day of Meetings with members from Motion Logistics Network
• 15th of October – Gala Dinner
• 16th of October – Happy Hour Networking Session
• 17th of October – A trip to the snow mountains followed by lunch
• Refreshments and Coffee Breaks on all Meeting Days
• Lunch on 15th, 16th and 17th October

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

The registration system will close on the 8th September 2025. After this, we will launch the meeting scheduling system so you can book your 1-to-1 meetings. Please make sure you finish your registration and complete the payment before then.
