The operation involved transporting two brand-new motorcycles from Stuttgart to Bangkok, precisely timed to coincide with a marketing and photoshoot event following the Chinese New Year celebrations on February 10th.

The urgency of the shipment was paramount, with the order received in the second week of February and the marketing event's fixed dates necessitating completion within two to three days. This tight timeframe highlights the need for flawless execution at every stage to ensure punctual delivery. The transport process started within packaging and insurance arrangements, the process proceeded with detailed documentation for dangerous goods and expert customs clearance facilitated through the carnet system. As the journey commenced, the alpha trans Stuttgart team diligently monitored the shipment's progress over the weekend, providing regular updates to the client to maintain transparency throughout the delivery process.
Loading and unloading were facilitated using ramps, with the motorcycles securely packed into wooden crates and transported using forklift and liftgate equipment. A closed transporter was employed, with additional measures such as belt fastenings and steel wheel holders ensuring the bikes' stability during transit.
