Artlog Lojistik ve Dış Tic A.Ş., a member of the New Silk Road Network from Turkey, has successfully executed a highly intricate cargo transportation for a recent project destined for Uzbekistan. Their scope of work included delivering the cargo from Turkey to Kazakhstan, from where it went per trailer to its final destination. The cargo shipment encompassed Air Cooler equipment and its associated accessories. Notably, the most substantial components included a preheater, with dimensions of 17.11 x 6.24 x 6.3 meters and a weight of 131 metric tons, as well as a heavy motor unit measuring 12.50 x 3.5 x 4.5 meters, weighing 130 metric tons.

The journey commenced as the cargo was transported through the Kerch Strait from Haydarpaşa Port in Istanbul, ultimately arriving at the Volga Don Canal. While navigating the Volga Don Canal presented one of the most significant challenges, the Artlog team persevered to find the ideal vessel equipped with the necessary cargo hold height to sail through. After much deliberation, a vessel flying the Kazakh flag was chartered to make the voyage to the Port of Bautino in Kazakhstan. Upon arrival at the Port of Bautino, heavy-capacity cranes were employed to offload the cargo efficiently.

The noteworthy aspect of this project's transportation was the swift completion despite the current political challenges in the Black Sea and Caspian Sea region. Including obtaining permits to take all passages, the whole journey took only 50 days. The Artlog Lojistik team takes pride in successfully executing this intricate project despite the region's regulatory complexities and ever-changing geopolitical developments. Congratulations team Artlog!
