At New Silk Road Network, we are always extremely happy when our members receive recognition for their hard work. Most recently, At-abraý /Turkmenline, our member representing Turkmenistan was awarded "Best Cargo Transit Company" in 2022 at International Transport and Transit Corridors Conference held in Ashgabat.
The International Conference “International Transport and Transit Corridors: Interconnection and Development,” which started on Monday, 18 July, in Ashgabat, is devoted to the need for connectivity and integration of both transport infrastructure and logistics, as well as legal and digital support for the smooth functioning of transport arteries.
This year, the importance of Turkmenistan as a transit country was emphasized. Especially with the impact of the events in Ukraine, both China and EU are looking for alternative routes. In such situation, the reopening of the borders of Turkmenistan for transit, proved to be extremely valuable.
With this in mind, the award for At-abraý /Turkmenline as “Best Cargo Transit Company” comes at a special time, and we would like to heartily congratulate our member for this well-deserved award and wish them continued success.
