Manuport Logistics, a member of the New Silk Road Network from Spain, has acquired Cassilon, a tank operator based out of the United Kingdom that specializes in shipping bulk liquids. Cassilon is an expert in moving chemicals via sea, road, rail, as well as air around Europe. This acquisition broadens Manuport's portfolio in transporting hazardous and non-hazardous bulk liquids. The move further enhances MPL's end-to-end logistics services, providing a comprehensive range of transportation solutions for industries that rely on the safe and efficient movement of bulk liquid.

After the acquisition, Cassilon will trade as "Cassilon Empowered by Manuport Liquids", but its legal entity name, tax number and other legal documentation will remain the same. The local management team remains in place as a minority shareholder to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
