Reflecting on 2024: CIMC Anda Shun's Milestones and New Services

As February began and the celebrations of the Chinese New Year continued, CIMC Anda Shun International Logistics, a founding member of the New Silk Road Network representing China, took a moment to reflect on the key projects and achievements from 2024.

CIMC Anda Shun International Logistics launched new air freight products in 2024. These services included routes from Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport (SZX) to John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), and Leipzig/Halle Airport (LEJ). The company also established flights from Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX) to Australian destinations - Melbourne Airport (MEL) and Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport (SYD) - as well as service from SZX to Brussels Airport (BRU) via Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK).

The year marked CIMC Anda Shun International Logistics' entry into rail freight service with the launch of their China-Europe Express trial. Operating through the Middle Corridor, the route connected Chongqing with key destinations including Poti, Ankara, İzmit, Halkali, Budapest, Duisburg, Hamburg, and Malaszewicze.

The company successfully completed diverse projects throughout the year, ranging from transporting two 40-foot flat racks to managing temperature-controlled shipments of perishable goods like caviar between China and Italy. Other notable operations included coordinating electric vehicle shipments from Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport to Charles de Gaulle Airport and handling over-length cargo between China and Colombia.

CIMC Anda Shun's achievements in 2024 were crowned by winning the Polar DIAMOND Award. The team maintained high spirits through various cultural celebrations, including the National Day of the People's Republic of China, the Lantern Festival, and the Dongzhi Festival. A highlight of their community engagement was a combined hiking and clean-up activity at Shenzhen Phoenix Mountain, organized by CIMC Anda Shun Shenzhen HQ, which drew 61 participants.
